Copy to USB Drive
The documents saved in a folder can be copied to a USB
flash drive.

Insert a USB flash drive into the USB
slot.

Display the sub menu and touch
[Copy to USB Drive].

Select the folder that you want to
save the document to and touch
[OK].

The documents saved in a folder can be copied to
another folder.

[Copy to Folder].

Select the folder that you want to
save the document to and touch
[OK].
• If the USB flash drive does not have a folder
when [OK] is touched, a folder is automatically
generated to copy the document.
• Select a folder and touch [Open] to display a list
of all documents in that folder.
• Only the folders accessible to the logged-in user
are displayed on the [Copy to Folder] screen.
• Select a folder and touch [Open] to display a list
of all documents in that folder.
