[Scan] Menu

You can download the scanned data saved on the 
internal hard disk of this machine to a computer.

[Download]

Download the selected job.

[Delete]

Delete the selected jobs.

[Details]

You can view the settings, file capacity, and other 
information on the selected job.

Select the check box of the scanned 
job to download.

You can select more than one job.

Click [Download].

The screen indicating that a zip file is being created 
is displayed.

• For jobs with a PIN code, the PIN code input 

screen is displayed. Enter the PIN code and click 
[OK].

Click the link to the zip file.

The [Save As] dialog box is displayed.

Specify the destination folder and 
file name, and then click [Save].

The scanned data is saved to the computer.

[Scan] Menu Screen

• The storage period for scanned jobs is 

configured by the administrator with [Scan 
Document Save Setting]. When that period is 
reached, the job is deleted automatically.
