Document Name Button
Press this button to open the [Document Name Setting]
screen. Use this button to name a document.

Destination Folder
The name of the destination folder selected on the folder
list screen is displayed here.

Select a function that can be used in Storage mode.

Folders are displayed in a list in this view.

Use these buttons to switch the view pages.
The current page and total number of pages are

You can change the color and name of a folder.

You can select whether to view folders as icons or as a
list.

This screen appears when you touch [Open] on the folder
list screen.

The documents saved in a folder are displayed in a list.

Sub Menu
You can change the name of the selected document, edit
the settings for the document, or delete the document.
You can also copy the selected document to a USB flash
drive or another folder.

You can select whether to view the documents as
thumbnails or as a list.

Copies
Enter or check the number of copies to print.
• If the available space on the internal hard disk is
low, delete unnecessary documents in the
folder to increase available space.
