Copy Mode Function Buttons
Settings can be called whenever necessary. The
recommended settings are pre-registered as
favorites.
Registering frequently used settings can be useful.
For more information, see "Adding as a Favorite"
(p. 1-25).

Touch [Favorites].
The [Favorites] screen is displayed.

Select a favorites item.
Set values are shown in a list on the screen.
The following settings can be configured from the
sub menu.
• Rename
• Delete

Touch [OK].
This function prints out a copy of the original that
was copied last. The original does not need to be
scanned again.

Touch [Additional Copy] after the
copy job is finished.
The [Additional Copy] screen is displayed.

Use the numeric keys to specify the
number of copies.

Touch [OK].
Printing of additional copies starts.
Favorites
• You cannot rename or delete favorites that are
registered as factory settings.
Function buttons
Additional Copy
• Additional Copy cannot be made in the following
cases.
- When the administrator has not permitted the
use of the additional copy function
- When auto reset has been executed after
copying the original
- When the user is logged out
