Examples
The following example shows an enforce-rule named residential being created. The system then enters
the enforce-rule configuration mode:

activate-rule Activate rule parameters
enabled Enable the enforce-rule
enforced Enforced qos-profile
exit Exit from QoS enforce rule editing mode

no Negate a command or set its defaults
penalty-period Penalty-period
registered Registered qos-profile

enforce-rules:

The following example shows the error message that is displayed when you try to name an enforce-rule
with a name that is larger than 15 characters. An error message is displayed, and the name is truncated
to the first 15 characters:

cable qos enforce-rule reallyreallyreallylongname
Only the first 15 characters would be taken
