Troubleshooting

Close the lid, and put the white ink cartridge in position inside the printer.



W12 and W34 cartridges should correctly be placed at their original locations. Wrongly placed cartridges could cause a
printer malfunction.

Repeat the same process to replace the other capping cartridge with the white ink pouch.
