Precautions to keep good printing quality/use printer over the long term

Position the platen sheet to match the platen surface, and onto the platen, stick the portion of the platen sheet

where the release paper (small) was removed.

If the 16X21 platen is used, slide it forward before working on it.

Peel off the rest of the release paper, and paste the whole platen sheet onto the entire platen.

Straighten the platen sheet, and stick it properly while pressing it with hands outward from the center to avoid making
wrinkles.

As required, print a grid pattern onto the new platen sheet.
