The drive is constantly monitoring the effective velocity command value
(sum of velocity command values at controller input) and is limiting it.
If the effective velocity command value exceeds 

S-0-0091, Bipolar

velocity limit value

, the warning E2059 is output because for positioning

tasks the lag error can be increased.
