Surveillance Defines whether the Credits Based Accounting
System is to be activated for the respective
subsystem. Possible values:
off, on.
With on, you can define the parameters listed

Measure Time (sec) Time in seconds for which the limit applies.
Maximum Number of
Incoming Connections Number of incoming connections allowed
during the Measure Time (sec).
If you activate this setting with
