Time and date
From the measurement screen, select
Menu
8 Time/date…
This menu sets the current time or date for the real-time clock

. The screen will show –
Select the required menu format and use the
enter
key (
) to select this or the
Esc
key to
return. Selecting
8 Set time
will show –
Use the editor to set the time (the colon symbols will be skipped) and then use the
enter
key
(
) to accept the value (or the
Esc
key to leave the time unchanged).
Date entry is similar.

The real-time clock uses a small, replaceable, internal lithium battery that will last for many years.
