Probe review and editing 

The probe menu screen is shown below. Each of the menu items on this screen will be 
covered in more detail. The currently selected probe number and conversion type is shown 
on the bottom right of the LCD. The exact appearance of this menu will depend on the 
conversion method. The coefficients cannot be changed for the DIN68 method, so the
