Operation
Table 6: IntegratorRD Workstation Mouse Functions
Contact Zetron and ask for IntegratorRD Workstation technical support for further
instructions on setting up your mouse.
Touch Screen Operation
Typical touch screen installations with Windows translate a “touch” into a left button
mouse click as described above. The touch screen does not have the facility to recognize
the middle or right button functions.
Positioning and Sizing the Display Window
The console window is positioned and sized using typical Windows functions.
Selecting “Always on Top”
The
Always on Top
feature prevents the console window from being overlaid by other
application windows. This is useful to ensure that the console application window is never
obscured by another program. Selection of the Always on Top feature is made from a
button in the Miscellaneous Menu.

Description
Left
Button Operations
and Channel
Highlight
The left mouse button (or a tap on a touch screen) is used to “press”
screen buttons, such as menu function and system and channel functions.
The left button is also used to highlight a Channel Selector Box for
subsequent control operations.
A double-click (or a double-tap on a touch screen) on a channel icon
selects that channel.
Middle
Instant Select
The middle mouse button is used for “instant” selecting of a channel. A
channel may be selected simply by moving the mouse over one of the
Channel Selectors and pressing the middle mouse button.
Right
Instant Transmit
or default label
display
The right mouse button performs different functions depending on what
you click:
• When the mouse is located over a Channel Selector and the right
mouse button is pressed, PTT is keyed for that channel. The status of
the channel selects and the channel highlight does not change.
• When the mouse is located over an empty area in the Channel Status
Region and the right mouse button is pressed, PTT is keyed for
Select channels. The status of the channel selects and the channel
highlight does not change. (This function must be enabled in
IntegratorRDPS. See
Mouse Right-Click Transmit
in
Miscellaneous Parameters
.)
• When the mouse is located over a command button and while the
right mouse button is pressed, the default label for that button is
displayed.
