TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Move the device by grasping handles or pipe frame. In the case of transport over longer distances, attach the device, e.g. with
belts, so that it does not move during transport. The device can also be transported in the unit packaging in which the device was
delivered. During transport, the fuel tank must be emptied and the sparking plug cable must be disconnected. This will prevent the
device from being started unintentionally.
Store the device in places protected against precipitation and access by unauthorised persons, especially children. The place of
storage should be shaded and well-ventilated due to the possibility of fuel vapour accumulation. Before storing the device, empty
the fuel tank.
During the transport and storage of the earth auger, remove the auger and extension.
