This procedure is similar to changing stock programming. See
How do I change stock programming (paper tray stock change)?
How do I direct jobs to a particular tray?
A job will go, automatically, to the tray which contains the
appropriate stock. If more than one tray contains the appropriate
stock, and you have a preference for a specific tray, simply disable
the other tray in Printer Manager.
Disabling a paper tray:
•
Right-click a tray and choose [Disable Tray] from the
menu.
•
Select a tray and choose [Disable Tray] from the Tray pull-
down menu.
•
Select a tray and choose the [Disable Tray] icon from the
toolbar.

How do I load fonts onto the DocuSP controller?
In order to get your Fonts into the DocuSP it is highly recommend
they be put on to a CD-ROM as it is the easiest method for
transfer and it ensures that the original data of the Macintosh or
Windows fonts are retained during the font conversion process.
NOTE: The format must be Windows compatible. If the CD is a
standard Windows/Mac compatible “Joliet” format, the file names
must be less than 32 characters. Make sure the fonts are NOT
compressed (.ZIP or.SIT)
To load fonts onto the DocuSP controller:
1. Ensure that you are logged on as an Administrator.
2. If the fonts are stored on media, insert the media into the
appropriate drive.
