upgrade, you can simply import previously created profiles.
a. Right-click the desired profile from the External Finishers
list and select [Import Profile...] from the menu. The Import
Finisher Profile dialog opens.
b. Use the Directory pull-down menu to indicate whether the
file should be imported from your native file system or
media. Then use the directory tree to browse to the
specific location of the file you wish to import.
c. Select the import file type in the Type drop list. All files of
the specified type will appear in the Files list.
d. Select the names of the files you want to import.

To select more than one profile, press and hold down
the <CTRL> (Control) key while you select all the
desired file names.

To select multiple files that are adjacent to one another,
press and hold down the <SHIFT> key while selecting
the first and last file names you want to select. This
highlights the first and last file name lines and all lines
in between.
e. Select [OK]. The system imports all the files you selected.
3. Importing device profiles:
a. Right-click an external finisher and select [Device Setup...].
The Device Setup dialog opens.
b. Right-click the desired profile in the Device list and select
[Import Profile...] from the menu. The Import Device Profile
dialog opens.
c. Use the Directory pull-down menu to indicate whether the
file should be imported from your native file system or
media. Then use the directory tree to browse to the
specific location of the file you wish to import.
d. Select the import file type (*.d) in the Type drop list. All files
of the specified type will appear in the Files list.
e. Select the names of the files you want to import.

4. Exporting finisher profiles: It is a good idea to save a back-up
copy of your finisher profiles to avoid needing to reprogram
each setting in the event of a system upgrade or other
unforeseen event. The export feature gives you the capability
