Emptying the Hole-Punch Waste Container 

If the printer has the optional Office Finisher or High Volume Finisher installed, the control panel displays 

a message when the hole-punch waste container is full. 

 

 

WARNING: 

Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing. 

 

 

Emptying the Hole-Punch Waste Container in the Office Finisher 

1.

 

Open the finisher door. 

 

2.

 

Slide the hole-punch waste container out of the finisher. 

 

3.

 

Dispose of the waste. 

4.

 

Slide the emptied hole-punch waste container back into the finisher. 

 

5.

 

Close the finisher door.
