For C5 envelopes with the flap on a short edge, load the envelopes face up with the flaps 

closed, and the flaps toward the front of the printer. 

 

Note: 

Do not load custom-sized envelopes in the Envelope Tray.

Adjust the paper guides so that they rest lightly against the edges of the envelopes. 

4.

 

Ensure that the maximum fill line is visible or that there are no more than 50 envelopes loaded in 

the tray. 

 

5.

 

Close the tray. 

6.

 

At the control panel, select the correct paper size and color:

To select a new envelope size, touch
