For envelopes with the flap on a short edge, load the envelopes face down with the flaps 

closed, and the flaps toward the front of the printer.

Center the stack of envelopes, then slide the paper guides until they lightly touch the edges of the 

envelopes.

Ensure that there are no more than 20 envelopes loaded in the tray.

At the control panel, select the correct paper size and color:

C5 Envelope
