To load paper in Tray 5:
1.
Open Tray 5, then for larger paper sizes, pull out the extension tray. Remove any paper that is a
different size or type.
2.
Move the width guides to the edges of the tray.
3.
Load the paper in the tray.

For long-edge feed, insert letterhead and pre-printed paper face up with the top edge toward
the front of the tray. Load hole-punched paper with the holes to the right.

Load labels face down, long-edge or short-edge feed.

Load plain transparencies face down with the long edge leading into the printer. Load striped
transparencies with the stripe face up on the edge leading into the printer.
