Loading Paper in Tray 7
Tray 7 is an optional paper tray that you can use with the High-Volume Finisher. Use Tray 7 to add, or
insert, post-process sheets into your print jobs. Tray 7 provides a convenient and efficient way to add
pre-printed covers or inserts to a copy job.
Load A4-size (210 x 297 mm) paper or Letter-size (8.5 x 11 in.) paper long-edge or short-edge feed.
Load larger paper sizes with the short edge leading into the printer.
Note:
Pre-cut tabs are not supported.
The labels on the tray show orientation of media in the automatic document feeder and Tray 7.

Load paper in Tray 7 in the correct orientation for the job:

For long-edge feed, load original documents face up in the automatic document feeder.
