Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.

Step 2. Remove color bulkhead (

CAUTION: Wear cotton gloves or finger cots when handling beam size
iris leaves, gobos, or filters.

Step 3. Remove wheel 2 color filter wheel. Refer to

“Gobo/Filter Wheel

Replacement” on page 84

Step 4. Remove wheel 1 sensor jumper cable by disconnecting 3-pos

MTA receptacle.

Step 5. At wheel 2 motor assembly, remove four 6-32x7/16"PPSS screws

and #6 internal tooth lock washers and separate motor assembly
from beam size iris assembly (

Step 6. Replace motor assembly by doing Steps 2 thru 5 in reverse.
