To replace color bulkhead:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
Step 2. At top of luminaire bulkhead, using screwdriver, release two 1/4-
turn fasteners securing cover. Remove cover.
Step 3. Disconnect the following color bulkhead MTA receptacles from
yoke termination board:
a. Wheel 1(gobo) motor MTA receptacle from header WH 1.
b. Wheel 1 sensor MTA receptacle from header WH 1 SENS.
c. Beam size iris motor MTA receptacle from header BEAM.
d. Wheel 2 (filter) motor MTA receptacle from header WH 2.
e. Wheel 2 sensor MTA receptacle from header WH 2 SENS.
Note: Ensure lens is far enough forward for color bulkhead to clear.
Step 4. At color bulkhead, using screwdriver, release 1/4-turn fastener
securing bulkhead to head assembly (
). Remove color
bulkhead.

Step 5. Replace by doing steps 2 thru 4 in reverse.
