Flashlight
To replace ignitor board:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
Step 2. Remove dimmer bulkhead ( Figure 3-3 ).
Step 3. Remove color bulkhead ( Figure 3-9 ).
Step 4. Remove tilt-side yoke leg cover.
Step 5. Using diagonal cutter, at side of yoke leg, remove two tie wraps
that secure lamp wires to cable anchors.
Step 6. At top of yoke leg, at 2-pos terminal strip, disconnect two lamp
wires that pass thru tilt driven pulley.
Step 7. At ignitor board assembly, remove two 6-32x1/2"PPZ screws and
#6 internal tooth lockwashers that secure ignitor board assembly
to standoffs. Screws also secure lamp assembly tether and safety
ground cable assembly to standoffs (
Figure 3-20 ).
