CAUTION: When lamp assembly tether is disconnected from ignitor
board and when S30 crimp contacts are disconnected, lamp assembly can
fall out of luminaire head. Support lamp assembly.
Step 8. At rear of luminaire head, unscrew 1/4-28 captive screw that
secures lamp assembly to luminaire head and pull lamp assembly
partially out of luminaire head. (Do not fully remove.)
Step 9. At ignitor board bracket, disconnect Series 30 connectors. (

Step 10. While supporting lamp assembly, carefully pivot ignitor board
assembly away from standoffs and pull assembly straight out of
luminaire head.
Notes:
1. When ignitor board assembly is removed, long lamp wires that pass
from luminaire head to yoke leg will also be removed.
2. Safety ground cable that passes from luminaire head to yoke leg does
not have to be removed.
Step 11. At ignitor PCB assembly, remove two 6-32x3/8"PPN screws that
secure PCB to mounting bracket and remove PCB assembly.
Step 12. Replace PCB assembly by doing Steps 2 thru 11 in reverse. Use
flashlight to correctly seat card in slots at rear of luminaire.
