CONFIGURATION UTILITY INTERFACE
A powerful utility is available for the C2-4100 RGB Scaler. Download the utility
from
http://tvone.crmdesk.com
and run the set up program. Follow the on
screen instructions to install the program on your PC. Once installed, you will
be able to control multiple Scalers from your PC as well as change settings
and modify system parameters. The utility will function as a RS-232 tool via
the PCs serial port as well as via an Ethernet connection after assignment of
an IP address to the Scaler.
(Note: This utility is generic software for all C2
Series Scalers. Some functions, e.g. CV, SV and SDI, will not work on the C2-
4100).

Opening Screen
When you run the utility, the program will display an opening “Billboard”
screen while it loads and then the first operational screen will appear:
In order to use the utility, you will first need to make it aware of the current
operating conditions present within the Scaler. To do this, connect the Scaler
to the PC using the PC’s serial port. Press the button labeled “Read”. Check
the first 3 boxes on the sub menu that appears and then click OK.
