18.10.5 Buttons Tab:
“Buttons” Tab
To change a button’s signal type or image parameter, you use the drop down
list associated with each button. If you want to make the first button a YUV
button, you can make the change just as you would with the front panel
controls. You can also set up the program follows preview functionality here or
park the preview on one particular input.
What you
CANNOT
do here is build and save a Preset situation for a given
button. Although you can make the Preset selection for a button, you have no
way to individually save each of the layers associated with the individual
button.
Use this screen to change input types but use the front panel controls to build
button presets. As previously noted, you also need to save the entire
configuration as a file should you make any changes or your changes will be
lost in the event of power loss or a subsequent parameter change in the same
area.
