Connect the 12-port DS3/E3/EC-1 card cables with 75 ohm

 

BNC 

connectors into the ECM connector. A total of 48 (2x12 input and 2x12 
output) coax cables are required for each 3-slot DS3/E3 (24-port BNC) 
ECM in a 1:2 protection scheme.
