[4.1] Description on the [Map]-[Jacquard]-[Setting] screen
(1)
For the new CAN design (in the case of a signal created in [3-2] mentioned above)
[Jacquard]
Normally, set to [Use]. Design data is read
from the Jacquard to run the loom.
When [Not use] is selected, pattern data
inside the loom is used for operation.
Use this mode when you want to check loom
operation when the Jacquard is not ready.
[Density]
For a design made by density signals using
Type A (indirect input), the density values
set for [0] to [15] are used for weaving.
The weft density unit is pick per inch as a
default. To change the unit, change the
density (weft) on the [Map]-[ICS]-[Unit]
screen.
For Type A (absolute input), you do not need
to set densities because they will not be
reflected to the loom.
[Average density]
Input an average density per sheet.
Use this setting for calculating the warp
beam consumption.
For the optional pile ratio specification, you
do not need to set the average density
because it is automatically calculated.
[Pile ratio] *1
You can set different densities for pile,
border, and ground weavings respectively.
The densities are calculated in a set ratio for
weaving.
To adjust the length, follow the procedure
shown below:
If you want to change the woven length of 1
m to 1.1 m, find the percentage of 1/1.1. In
this case, input 90.9%.
