[4] RAM clear (data initialization)
Clear the RAM according to the procedure shown below.
“Clearing the RAM” is normally unnecessary.
After clearing the RAM, be sure to calibrate and restore the tension.
NOTE
: Since all data set in the LET-OFF mode on the function panel are lost, save the data on the memory card or take
a memo before the following operation.
[4.1] RAM clearing procedure
a.
Turn the loom power off.
b.
Set the DIP switches on the let-off servo
amplifier boards, SW3 for LETOFF 1 and SW2
for LETOFF 2, to ON
c.
Tuirn the loom power on.
d. Turn the loon power off upon lapse of about 10
seconds.
e.
Return all bits of DIP SW2 on the let-off servo
amplifier baord.
f.
Turn the loom power on.
(In this state, the indicator lamp is blinking in red,
and the error message is being displayed.)
[4.2] Operation after clearing the RAM
a.
Calibrate the tension.
(See Section 2, “4.1 [ 3 ] Setting the standard let-
off tension” for the adjustment procedure.)
b.
Measure the warp beam diameter upon operation
start and input it on the [Map]-[Letoff] setting
screen.
c.
Restore the tension.
(See Chapter 0. “Subsection 0.3.1 Display
configuration and switch operation method” of
the Standard Machine “Instruction Manual” for
the adjustment procedure.)
d. Restart operation.
(After restarting operation, the rd-blinking indica-
tor lamp goes off and the error message is
cleared.)
