Key Descriptions
ALT +
↑
Used to display the previous page. (If errors which have not
yet been reset are covered on two or more pages.)
ALT +
↓
Used to display the next page. (If errors which have not yet
been reset are covered on two or more pages.)
←
Used to display an error message.
→
Used to display the time of error generation.
ESC
Used to return the system to the previous display.
CLEAR
Used to clear the error history.

Error display.
Press the function key corresponding to the [CURRE] menu, and the display
of error or errors currently generated is shown.
(e) Step 5:
Clear history.
Press the function key corresponding to the [CLEAR] menu, and the error
history is cleared.

Caution
A maximum of 128 errors can be recorded. If the number of errors saved
exceeds 128, old errors are overwritten in order by the new ones.
