Managing the Systems
A system administrator should maintain the data in the e-Filing. In order to maintain the hard
disk space for future documents storage, the system administrator can delete documents, fold-
ers, and user boxes that are created or stored by users.
A system administrator can also maintain the data in the e-Filing using the e-Filing Backup/
Restore Utility. For more information about e-Filing Backup/Restore Utility, see the following
section.

e-Filing Web Utility
e-Filing web utility works with the following browsers for Microsoft Windows operating system:

Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5 with Service Pack 2 or later
y
Netscape Navigator Version 7.2 or later
y
The minimum display resolution required for these browsers is 800 x 600.

When using the Internet Explorer, the Privacy setting must be set to “Medium” on the
browser. Do not set “Block All Cookies” or “High” for the Privacy function. For instructions
on how to set the Privacy setting, see the following procedure.

When using the Netscape Navigator, the Cookies setting must be set to “Enable all cookies”
or “Enable cookies based on privacy settings”. When the Cookies setting is set to “Enable
cookies based on privacy settings”, the level of privacy must be set to “medium”. For instruc-
tions on how to set the Cookies setting, see the following procedure.
How to set the Privacy settings in Internet Explorer
When you are using Internet Explorer, make sure the Privacy setting is set correctly as
described as following.

Run Internet Explorer and select [Internet Options...] in the [Tools]
menu.
