Document Properties
If you select a document within the Documents frame and, then, select File and Properties, the
Document Properties window appears.
1) Location
This displays the directory where the document is located.
2) Total Page(s)
This displays the number of pages the document contains.
3) Size
This displays the data size of the document.
4) Created
This displays the date and time the document was created.
5) Modified
This displays the date and time the document was last modified.
6) Last Accessed
This displays the date and time the document was last accessed by any user.
7) [OK]
Click this to close the window.
Page Properties
You can display the page properties by selecting a page in a document within the Documents
frame, selecting the desired page within the Contents frame and, then, selecting File and Page
Properties. The message “Please select at least one item.” when you are not selecting a page
in a document.
