When viewing particle analysis data in the Analysis window, the Analysis window will display
Particle Analysis mode.
• Click the column headers to sort by that property.
• Customize the Spectra Matches table by adding or removing property columns.
• Drag columns to change their order.
• Select a spectrum in the mosaic to highlight it the Spectra Matches table.
• Click a row in the Spectra Matches table to point to the particle in the mosaic
• Click a row in the Identification Results table to highlight the component in the mosaic
View Spectrum at Specific Location
Select Live Spectrum mode to view a spectrum at a specific location on the sample surface and
to compare that spectrum to library spectra.
The Spectra Matches table displays
properties of each particle
Select a color to display this
component as in the mosaic
The selected component in the Identification
Results table is highlighted
The Identification Results table provides
a summary of the analysis
Add or remove property columns
