Maintaining the DSQ II

Maintaining Components Outside the Vacuum Manifold

DSQ II Hardware Manual

d. Remove the electrometer board cover.

Figure 50.

Electrometer Board with Cover Removed

Remove the screw holding the wire to anode feedthrough.

Remove the nut holding the electrometer board to anode feedthrough.

g. Remove the screw holding the electrometer board to vacuum manifold and pull out

the electrometer board.

5. Install the new electrometer board (PN 119590-0500).

Insert the new electrometer board.

b. Reattach the screws and nuts.

Reattach the electrometer board cover.

d. Reattach the screws to the cover.

Reattach the cal gas vial.

Reconnect the cable.

6. Reattach the left, top, and front covers of the DSQ II.

7. Restart the DSQ II.
