Replacing the Inlet Valve Seal
You may need to replace the inlet valve seal if the seal is leaking, as indicated by the
Xcalibur
Insert/Probe graph. It may also need to be replaced if nothing improves when you tighten the
seal or if the seal is worn, thin, or cracked.
To replace an inlet valve seal, you will need:
• Inlet Valve Seal Kit, which includes an Inlet Valve Seal and Inlet Seal
Removal Tool (PN 119265-0003)
• Lint-free cloth
1. Disassemble the inlet valve.

a.
Make sure the inlet valve is closed (pull down the inlet valve lever).
b. Remove the inlet valve plug, knob, and ferrule.
