22 Navigate
Press the Navigate button on the front panel or touch the menu Analysis>Navigate to
recall the navigate dialog box. The T3DSO2000A provides three navigate types: Search
Event, Time and History Frame.
Navigate by Time
The oscilloscope automatically adjusts the trigger delay according to
the direction set by the user.
Touch Type in the navigate dialog box to select the navigate type as
“Time”. There are two ways to navigate by time:

Touch the Time area to set the time value by the universal knob or
the virtual keypad.

backward, stop, or play forward the waveform. Press the

buttons multiple times to speed up the playing. Three speed levels
are supported: Low Speed, Medium Speed and High Speed.
Navigate by Search Event
When the Search function is turned on and the acquisition is stopped,
Navigate is usable to find search events (see the chapter "Search" for
search function).
Touch Type in the navigate dialog box to select the navigate type as
“Search Event”.
Touch Event Num to set the event number by the universal knob or the
virtual keypad. Press the navigation buttons

to go to the previous or next search event.
Touch Playing Mode to set the search event playing mode.
Touch Interval Time to set the playing interval by the universal knob or
the virtual keypad.
Touch the Event List Switch area to turn on or off the list. The list
contains time labels for each event. Touching a row in the list
automatically jumps to the corresponding event. This operation is
equivalent to specifying an event in the Event Num area.
