Detected Condition Possible Cause
PAIR control solenoid valve voltage is not input to ECM.
NOTE
With two PAIR control solenoid valves (E-02,
19, 24, 33);
When two PAIR control solenoid valve signals
are not received by the ECM, the DTC “C61”
(P1656) is indicated.
• PAIR control solenoid valve circuit open or short.
• PAIR control solenoid valve malfunction.
• ECM malfunction.
