The green internal and external TERMPOWER LEDs are ON during normal
operation.

Whenever there a TERMPOWER over-current condition, the associated LED
is OFF.
When there is an internal TERMPOWER over-current condition, you must
replace the I/O module. When there is an external TERMPOWER over-current
condition, you must first replace the associated cable. If this not correct the
problem, replace the I/O module.
