Check the Current Firmware Version
Use the following steps to determine the current firmware version your
nTier500 is using. You can then compare it with the most current version
listed on the Technical Support portal.
1.
Log into the nTier500 BlueScale web interface (see
Access the BlueScale
Web Interface on page 56
).
2.
Select
About
to display information about the version of the firmware
package currently installed on the nTier500 (circled in
Figure 86
).
Determine Whether an Update is Available
Use the following steps to determine whether a more current version of the
BlueScale firmware version is available.
1.
Log into your account on the Technical Support portal at
http://support.spectralogic.com
.

Select the
Firmware & Drivers
icon.
3.
Select the
Product Firmware
tab.
