Chapter 5 Chroma Keying

Basic Operations
You select the foreground from the dedicated chroma key signals, and select
the background on the cross-point buttons, then combine them by means of a
key transition. In a D1 system only, you can also select the foreground with a
cross-point button.
Carry out the following procedure on one of the M/E banks.

In the key control section, press the KEY 1 or KEY 2 button.

Using a menu (KEY 1, KEY 2) or key control section button (CHR),
select chroma key as the key type.

Press the CHR KEY button (or use any other method) to display the
CHROMA KEY menu. (See the previous page.)

Select item 1 (SETUP).
The SETUP menu appears.
