PWM Cycle Calculation Formula
PWM cycle = UPWM_CYCLE/(SCU_CLK >> PWM_CNTENn)
When prescaler is set to 1/1 (PWM_CNTENn == 0)
UPWM_CYCLE = PWMn 1
Restriction: PWMn_CYCLE > 0
When prescaler is set to 1/2 or higher (PWM_CNTENn >= 1)
UPWM_CYCLE = PWMn_CYCLE
Restriction: PWMn_CYCLE > 1

PWM Output Duty (High time/cycle) Calculation Formula
DUTY=1-(UPWM_THRESH/(UPWM_CYCLE))
When prescaler is set to 1/1 (PWM_CNTENn == 0)
UPWM_CYCLE = PWMn 1
UPWM_THRESH = PWMn_THRESH
Restriction:
PWMn_CYCLE>0, PWMn_CYCLE ≥ PWMn_THRESH
