Flexible numbering
The pre-programmed parameters for the system num-
bering plan, and the features access codes as well may
have their numbers changed to fit their communication
platform using the management software HiPath 1100
Manager. For this procedure, please call the system
technical support.
Activating system programming

Lift the handset at the programmer’s extension slot.

You will hear a tone indicating that you have now ac-
cessed the programming mode.
Audible Tones in the programming mode (Brazil)
• Correct entry: 1 beep/confirmation tone.
• Incorrect entry: 3 beeps. The program will then re-
vert back to the initial screen of the programming
mode.
• After completing the programming steps, the sys-
tem responds with a confirmation tone and finalizes
the setting configuration. The program will then re-
vert back to the initial screen of the programming
mode.

System programming can only be executed us-
ing the
first slot on an analog extension
of the
interface (default extension 11) equipped with an
analog
extension (MF) or on a
KS
-type system
telephone or in the first slot of an
optiPoint
-type
system telephone. Programming cannot be
made on two extensions at the same time.
