Configuration rule:
If the data to be sent cyclically, which the PN-IP requests at the FSO (FrameSendOffset)
time by accessing the PerIF.IO-RAM, are to be provided in time (max. time: 1280ns,
equal to the header feed of 16 bytes), register Burst_Config = 0x0003 (default value)
must be configured.
This ensures that burst access by the PN-IP (communicative instance) is treated as such
