The analyzer will now wait for zero-
gas to flush through the validation
cell. It will wait for the flush time that
was entered in step 15.

The process parameters will now be
restored to the normal process
measurement parameter set.

Baseline subtraction is now turned
off.

The analyzer waits for a period
equal to the flush time to allow the
normal process measurement to
stabilize. Note that the validation
process will exit at the end of this
period regardless of whether stability
has been achieved.

The validation process is now
complete.
