The analyzer will now check for
stability of concentration (Val Conc
StDev) and transmission Val Tran
StDev). The analyzer would
automatically continue to the next
step once the criteria is met or it has
timed out.

If the process is not stable, the
operator will be told that validation
cannot continue. The normal
process parameters will then be
restored and the validation process
will exit.

This message saying,
“Validation
Completed”.is displayed at the end
of validation for both pass and fail
scenarios. It is an indication that
validation has finished and does not
mean that validation has passed.

If the process is stable, the operator
will be instructed to turn on zero-gas
to the validation cell and press

to
continue.

Zero-gas purge will now take place.
The Laser 3+ will wait for the user
set flush time to elapse.
