23. Turn the crankshaft clockwise two full

turns, and then check that alignment
marks

 are aligned.

24. Install the stator assembly.

25. Install the Woodruff key.

26. Install the flywheel magnet.

NOTE:

•

Apply engine oil to the thread of the fly-
wheel magnet nut and washer before
installation.

•

Be sure to remove any grease from the
tapered portion of the crankshaft and fly-
wheel magnet.

27. Check the crank position sensor air gap

NOTE:

It is recommended to check the crank posi-
tion sensor air gap before installing the wiring
harness guide to improve working efficiency.

28. Install the timing belt guide, and then

adjust the timing belt-to-timing belt guide
clearance
