– Detach electrical connectors -1- and -2- from the bracket and
separate. Move electrical wiring clear.

Prior to loosening the connection between the catalytic con‐
verter and the turbocharger, mark position of the clamp
♦
According to the part which is to be replaced, the part in front
of it must be marked.
♦
The clamp must be positioned at the same place on reassem‐
bly.
Clamp position
– Unscrew bolt -2- and remove screw-type clip.
– Remove bolt -1- and nuts -arrows-.
– Unscrew bolts -arrows- for bracket.
