The [Closing] button is disabled if there exists closed attendance record between the speciﬁ ed starting and ending dates.
If there is no closed attendance data between the speciﬁ ed starting and ending dates, [Cancel], [Reclosing], [Export], and
[Search Closing Data] buttons are disabled.
