INTRODUCTION ON SAMS PRO

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The information below is the suggested minimum requirements of hardware and operating system for SAMS Pro.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

Please follow the steps below to install the SAMS Pro.

Installation Procedures

Descriptions

1

Install the SAMS Pro
application software.

Setup will install SAMS Pro/SAMS Pro Lite program.

Install the key-lock driver.

If you are installing a demo version, the key lock driver is not necessary.

In the demo version, the access control will be limited to 2 registered doors and 100
registered users.

If you install a full version, you should install the key lock driver before proceeding.
Connect the blue key lock for SAMS Pro, and the green one for SAMS Pro Lite, to
the USB port.

3

Install the SSA-X500 driver.

Installation is not required in case of you don’t use the ﬁ ngerprint scanner. This
enables with ﬁ ngerprint recognition, ﬁ ngerprint data storing and transfer to the
SAMS Pro application program by using the ﬁ ngerprint scanner.
