The attenuation of an attenuator located ahead of the sensor module (or the cou-
pling attenuation of a directional coupler) is considered with a positive offset, i.e.
the sensor module calculates the power at the input of the attenuator or the direc-
tional coupler. You can use a negative offset to compensate the influence of an
upstream amplifier.
